About us
Meridian Consulting is a four-person practice based in Bristol. We have worked with owner-managed businesses across the South West since 2014 — mostly manufacturing, logistics and professional services, usually somewhere between fifteen and two hundred staff.
Everyone here spent years running operations before they started advising on them, which is why our reports tend to be short and specific rather than strategic. We would rather leave a client with three things they can start on Monday than a deck they will never open again.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a discovery call, usually half an hour, at no charge. If it looks like a fit we send a written scope and a fixed fee before any work begins.
Who we do not work with
We turn down work we are not the right people for, and we will say so on the first call. We do not resell software, take commission from vendors, or place permanent staff.
Insurance and terms
Professional indemnity cover is in place and renewed each April; a certificate is available on request. Our standard terms of business are sent with every scope, and we are happy to work under yours instead.
